Toowoon Bay Holiday Park

**POSITIVE** //LOCATION// The location is very suitable for a pool and beach, the weather was also very nice as it was not too hot or cold. //VIEW// It was very nice. **NEGATIVE** //JUMPING PILLOW// I didn't know that you had to be dry to go on the jumping pillow, I couldn't tell because the sign was very dull and had no paint on it. Should be updated in the future. //OTHER KIDS// The other kids here were very rude to my kids, calling my son a "ginger" The staff should put up a sign of they're expectations for children that go here because that was completely unacceptable. //ROOMS// The beds were extremely uncomfortable and dirty and the cleaners had put no effort into cleaning them properly. The sliding door to the main room didn't lock properly, staff were unaware of this and should pay more attention to this. Same thing for the door to the kids room.

We stayed on a powered site. The only thing was the amenities were a bit dated. Also the cleaners decided to clean two amenity blocks at the same time, and there was no option to use the disabled toilet. Not good when your daughter really needs the bathroom. Also, not having a toilet in the pool area was annoying. Otherwise a really great park. The pool was great with ample options to relax and keep an eye on the kids.

Stay here at Sister inlaws cabin. Super cosy and has everything you need. Always enjoy spending time at Toowoon Bay with the family, especially at Christmas and New Year. The park owners put so much on for kids and adults, it's entertainment for all. I do love the traditional glow stick throwing on one of the trees in the park. The owners allow kids and adults to get in there and light up the tree... it looks amazing. The amenities are always clean and the showers are hot 🔥, never run out of water.. (well I havnt.. 🤩). The ice cream truck comes around everyday, I think even twice maybe three times even.....lol (broke 😁). The amazing pofferjets (little round Dutch pancakes) from the van on Sunday mornings are super delicious 😋, plus the Keg van which was super cool for the adults. Great family park.
